The Landing Point’s Chocolate Buffet

By nightfall, The Landing Point at the Fullerton Bay Hotel boasts a breathtaking view of the Marina Bay waterfront city lights, and a delectable buffet of chocolate offerings. Paved in bespoke marble mosaics reminiscent of the colonial era, the indoor promenade offers you a choice of seating at the swanky 13-metre long bar overlooking the waterfront, or the top deck with opulent plush sofas. This place is perfect for a stylish night out with the girls or a romantic double date over dessert.

The Landing Point was named after its significance in Singapore’s history as the location where immigrants and other passengers first arrived in our city-state by sea in the early 1900s.

Top on our list is the Fullerton’s signature Soft-baked Chocolate Cake – a luxuriously rich and moist dark chocolate dessert drizzled with raspberry and passion fruit sauce. If you enjoy desserts with intricate flavours of sweet-and-salty goodness, the Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart promises a burst of flavours that add depth to this dark chocolate-based dessert. And that’s not all. The buffet also offers an enticing range of mini cakes to choose from. The bittersweet Manjari 64% Crunch is a must-try, which is made from a blend of Madagascar cocoa beans. If you enjoy white chocolate, the smooth and milky Ivoire 35% White Cherries dessert is another winner. For a little tangy zest in your dessert, go for the Noir Orange Opera.

In a tongue-and-cheek fashion, the buffet also adds a pop of colour to your night with the Fullerton’s milk and white Chocolate Lollis, and an amazing assortment of Macaroons with flavours such as hazelnut, green tea, lavender, raspberry and rose. You can also look forward to dark chocolate and green-tea flavoured Madeleines, dipped in white chocolate, and individually served in a shot glass. As a classic offering, the buffet also has a selection of pralines and a milk chocolate fountain with marshmallows and fruits.

The buffet comes with a complimentary free flow of tea and coffee.
